Working from just 2 x AA batteries (with a third lithium as a backup), this lightweight, water-resistant and shockproof product ensures you are carrying the most reliable personal safety device available. Once the 2 x AA batteries have run out, the third lithium battery takes over, meaning that the Flaresafe will still work and protect you. Then, when the lithium battery is running low on power, the advanced software in the unit will let you know!

Ideal for hostels, hotels, tents and boats, Flaresafe is armed with a revolutionary detector giving life-saving early warning of smoke and fire. Flaresafe meets the fire performance requirements of BS 5446-1:2000
110dB SOS Alarm
Attracting attention is the first move in combating an assailant or signalling for help. Flaresafe has a piercing 110dB siren that can be heard up to 500 metres away for over 60 hours.
LED Torch
Powered by four LEDs, Flaresafe's torch element boasts a focused 20 metre beam. Rescue visibility is up to two kilometres and the SOS strobing function lasts for up to 100 hours.
